the light needs to be closer for better performance, from up there the light will not be sufficient for the plant. by the way your hydroponic system is very good.

Grammatically not correct a little bit.
It says;
相楽園は、神戸の中心部にある日本庭園です。
元神戸市長　小寺謙吉氏の邸宅の庭園でしたが、
1941年に一般公開されるようになりました。

It’s almost correct. There’s one verb missing, though.

相楽園は神戸の中心に日本庭園です。

It should be:

相楽園は神戸の中心にある日本庭園です。

But I would put the traditional in too. So:

相楽園は神戸の中心にある伝統的な日本庭園です。

yes it is correct, do not trust the person with google translate , because google translate always awkwardly translates it so that when a native sees it it would be wrong
