I have everything else, but the rake and I don’t want to spend 10 dollars on something I can make. It seems silly, especially because it is so small. I am willing to make one, but I don’t have accessibility to tools like a drill. I will take creative alternatives as well. I want it to only be 3-4 inches long

how can I make a feng shui zen rock garden for cheap? Its the one with the white sand, rake,and rocks. I really want one for my desk at work because I heard it is a great relaxer and helps for a stress free enviroment.
